Billy’s workouts seem to be getting easier and easier lately. I am not nearly as impressed by this workout as I was by some of his earlier ones. As for AJ, he works out? Really?

i tried to resist commenting, but there are two things:

#1 i cannot grow a beard – really!

#2 that ab-smash is too wierd.

wow i tried the ab-smash and now i can do it with the 120 pound barbell pretty easy. how should i continue? My local sporting goods store wont sell me anymore weights b/c they dont want to be liable! they are a bunch of sissys!

Some of these seem unrealistic. I mean, it would be a total pain to lug all those cement blocks to the pier. Think about it – then you have to pick the pieces up so nobody steps on the leftover chunks. And where did you find that sand hill? Was that from when they piled all the sand up by the pier a few months ago? Crazy!
