Danny Kinda Changes Lives at AVCA
Thanks to an invite by the USYVL, The Kinda Good Crew spent the better part of last week at the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Convention in Sacramento, CA.We had a great time meeting new people, seeing old friends, and hanging out with all the volleyball coaches and vendors. We also got to watch some great women’s volleyball during the NCAA Championships at Arco Arena.
Oh, and Danny Kinda had a great time too. Turns out, he’s gotten pretty popular among the volleyball community. He introduced Karch Kiraly, bombed away on Jeff Stork’s sets, signed autographs, starred in demonstrations, and even gave a locker room pep talk to the winning team at the NCAA Women’s Championships. Here’s a recap:

Danny! saw you at crossroads! we played elimination and i won!!!! (but not really) i still got free knee pads… but my friends and i want that video real real bad!!! hope you remember me. you should, we took a picture. but then again you took alot of pictures. im the short really curly headed blonde. haha

hey danny!! wats up haha i know that you have probably met every volleyball player in the nation..including the ppl in colorado crossroads which my team and i were at and the “volcanoe eruption” site..aka atl, GA at big south.. my team won big south in the 14 open..! were Texas Tornados 14 mizuno and i remember meeting yall in Big South with my whole team and coach and we sang the alphabet song. then we asked for yall to cheer for us on the last day i remember and came to our court with your big orange flags. lol…do you still happen to have the video of us singing the alphabet song like such pro’s ? hah.that would be awesome and the picture in colorado crossroads with me, my teammate with dark brwn hair, my coach…slightly short with short blond hair and you were pictured..idk but i would love to be able to have a copy of it so we could put on our club website!! i think it was on friday, when barely anybody was in the convention center and we took a picture with you before we had practice. well, i would also like to let you know that i tried the gator the other day in practice..that didnt work out to well!!! haha..i would love to hear back from you!!
